What is your opinion about it ? Is it a good quality scope ?
Is it worth the price ? ($ 700-$ 800)

I think you will find that the adjustment range of this scope will not be enough to allow you to hit at some of the distances the rangefinding feature will range. And at the distances the adjustments will let you hit at, I don't think you really need a rangefinder. I don't think it is worth the price.
